We will fulfill up to the allowed purchase limit. Any units purchased above this limit will be cancelled and refunded. Please note that transaction or processing fees, which vary depending on the payment method and provider, are non-refundable.

All pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Change-of-Mind Cancellations

If you choose to cancel a pre-order for any reason:

A 10% cancellation fee applies.

This fee covers merchant fees, admin time, and supplier allocation costs.

Example:

If your pre-order was $300, the cancellation fee is $30 and you will receive a $270 refund.

When You Can Cancel

You may cancel up until 7 days before the product’s official release date or expected arrival date.

Cancellations within the final 7 days before arrival are not permitted.
