Melbemon Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love what you order from Melbemon! If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

14-Day Return Policy – In Stock Items

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return on eligible in-stock items.

To start a return, please email us at admin@melbemon.com.au.

Returns must be posted to:

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label along with full instructions.

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We’ll review the issue and make it right—fast.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

Sale/discounted items

Gift cards

Singles from any Trading/Collectible Card Game

Preorder Refunds & Cancellations

You have 7 days from the date of your preorder confirmation to request a cancellation and refund.

If more than 7 days have passed, please contact us at admin@melbemon.com.au. We’ll review your request, but please note all decisions beyond the 7-day window are final.

Processing Fee on Refunds

In cases of cancellation or change of mind (including exceeding purchase limits), our payment processor’s non-refundable fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee is not returned to us when a transaction is refunded.

 

This fee is currently 6% for all payment types

Eligibility for Refunds – In Stock Items

To qualify for a refund:

The item must be sealed, unopened, and in original condition

You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Refund Timeframe

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

Melbémon Trading Cards reserves the right to decline any refund or return request that does not meet our policy terms.
