📦 Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Melbémon! Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

🕒 Order Processing Time

Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (AEST) will be shipped out the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (AEST) will be shipped out the following business day.


🚚 Shipping Carrier & Rates

All orders are shipped via our provider, Sendle.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.


📅 Pre-Orders

If your order contains multiple pre-order items with different release dates, shipping fees will be charged separately as each item becomes available.

To avoid multiple shipping charges, contact us and we can hold your items and ship everything together once the final product arrives.


📦 Delivery Issues & Damaged Goods

Once your order has been handed over to Sendle, we are not liable for any loss, delay, or damage that may occur during transit.


Any issues or claims regarding shipping delays or damaged goods must be directed to Sendle’s customer support.

 

🌍 Domestic & International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Australia.


If you're located outside Australia and would like to place an order, feel free to contact us directly to discuss potential international shipping options.

 

🔐 Signature on Delivery

To ensure safe delivery of high-value items, some orders may require a signature on delivery.


If no one is available to sign, your package may be taken to the nearest collection point.


🏠 Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.


If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to us, re-shipping fees will apply.


We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.


💳 Order Verification

For security purposes, we may require additional verification before processing orders, especially for high-value or flagged transactions.


This may include ID verification or confirmation of payment method.


🕵️ Lost or Missing Parcels

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact Sendle directly for assistance.


While we’re happy to help where we can, Melbémon is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.


🔄 Returns Due to Non-Collection

If your parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or refusal, you will be contacted to arrange redelivery.


Additional shipping charges will apply in this case.
